By submitting this registration, you acknowledge your awareness of the inherent risks of international travel, and further agree NOT to hold the organizers, the sponsors and their agents and employers responsible for any legal and/or financial liabilities (including attorney's fees) related to or arising from this trip. You further agree that this registration does not automatically qualify you for the sponsored trade mission. A staff member of the organizers will contact you soon regarding the status of your registration. This mission’s itinerary is subject to change. The organizers reserve the rights at any time to change the itinerary, revise the schedule of activities, change dates, and or cancel the trade mission. You are NOT obligated to do business with any of the sponsors, but as a courtesy to the hosts and the sponsors, we REQUEST all the participants refrain from meeting with non-sponsor factories/companies/agents during mission time. If you need to meet your current suppliers, please arrange your meetings during breakfast time or after all the mission events/activities end at night. Or you can come to Foshan early or extend your stay. We will be more than happy to help you make such arrangements. Failing to comply with this request may result in charges of the hotel accommodations to you.
